Description

Analyze System Requirements, Functional Requirements, Safety Requirements, and Customer Specifications Review BMS architecture, interface specifications, and diagnostic requirements.

Identify testable requirements and define verification strategies.

Create System Test Plans, Test Specifications, Test Procedures, and Test Schedules.

Develop system-level test cases for BMS functionalities Configure and maintain test benches and HIL environments Configure communication networks such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet Establish requirement traceability between requirements and test cases Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ALM, or RV&S Collaborate with software, hardware, and system engineers to resolve issues Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using dSPACE, NI teststand, or equivalent platforms Perform fault injection and safety mechanism validation Deliver as per defined Change Request and Configuration Management process and adhere to ASPICE standards
