Description

Support production test engineering for rocket and missile systems by integrating, testing, and fielding hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test GMRLS rocket production test sets.
• Perform independent root cause analysis on failures within the unit under test or test sets.
• Produce engineering documentation, including reports, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.
• Develop technical solutions for complex hardware and software problems.
• Execute testing using automated test equipment and established methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of related experience in test engineering.
• Active security clearance.
• Experience with NI Development Suite, specifically TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and LabVIEW.
• Proficiency in C programming within LabWindows/CVI environments.
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and manufacturing test methodologies.
• Background in software and hardware design.
• Knowledge of electronics testing methods and industry-standard testing equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Hardware troubleshooting experience to identify defects in manufactured test adapters.
• Ability to interpret complex test requirements and apply electrical troubleshooting techniques.
