Description

Manage end-to-end test planning and execution for cloud-based SaaS solutions. Own the quality gate for acceptance testing and ensure continuous integration readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases aligned with sprint goals and user stories.
• Execute manual and automated tests to verify continuous integration and deployment readiness.
• Identify, log, and track defects while working with vendors and subject matter experts to facilitate resolutions.
• Provide usability and functionality feedback to business analysts, vendors, and developers.
• Contribute to the enhancement of automated testing practices and reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience testing cloud-based SaaS software solutions.
• Working knowledge of Clinical services and Payer Administration.
• Experience with Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), and Data Management (DM).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in cross-functional environments with customers and management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jiva ZeOmega products.
• Experience working with Care Management or Utilization Management teams.
• Experience working on large, complex projects involving internal and external teams.
