Description

You will manage hardware and software configurations for Fibre Channel and Ethernet product testing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and re-configure software test setups for Fibre Channel and Ethernet product lines.
• Install operating systems on servers and configure network connections between servers, switches, and storage devices.
• Set up and manage smart power strips and other lab infrastructure.
• Execute manual and automated test cases.
• Coordinate with shipping teams and third-party vendors to move lab equipment between locations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support or testing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS.
• Solid understanding of computer networking.
• Experience configuring server, switch, and storage device connectivity.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lb when moving servers between racks.
• Ability to work at altitude.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
