Description

You will own the test lifecycle for software systems, ensuring functional, performance, and integration requirements are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain test scripts based on software requirements and design documents.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and implementation plans to demonstrate consistent results.
• Analyze test results and report defects and performance failures to the development team.
• Verify that system requirements are traceable, consistent, and testable.
• Document and enter issues into tracking systems throughout the test life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT testing, quality assurance, and change management.
• 3 years of experience in a cross-platform IT development environment.
• 2 years of experience with QA testing and script writing.
• Hands-on experience with automated test tools.
• Proficiency with SQL, MS Excel, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of HP ALM and software development fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong process and gap analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of the system test life cycle and review processes.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
