Description

You will execute system-level testing and drive quality assurance processes within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Educate team members on black box and white box testing methods and standardized tool usage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to build testing scenarios from User Story acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Automation Engineers to identify high-value tests for the automation pipeline.
• Triage bugs from the Beta testing program and participate in risk-based group discussions.
• Work with Support teams to identify root causes of field issues and with Embedded Testers to clarify business paths.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of UFT and ALM.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work within and contribute to existing automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Selenium.
• Experience handling regression automation for key applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Mind Mapping or similar processes for test identification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying and implementing industry trends and process improvements.
