Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle and script development for software requirements and design documents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain test scripts, plans, scenarios, and implementation plans to ensure observable results.
• Verify that system requirements are traceable, consistent, complete, and testable.
• Analyze test results and report performance failures, defects, and severity levels to the development team.
• Conduct requirements, design, and code walkthroughs to ensure compliance with application standards.
• Document and track issues, defects, and changes within the test life cycle and change control environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT testing, quality assurance, and change management.
• 3 years of experience in cross-platform IT development environments.
• 2 years of specific experience in QA testing and script writing.
• Hands-on experience with automated test tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Intermediate proficiency in JIRA, HP ALM, and MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems and software development fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and document complex errors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for reporting results to management and programming staff.
