Description

You will support the implementation of a child welfare information system by developing and executing testing scenarios alongside social workers and engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular end-to-end testing of software applications and interfaces to ensure optimal operation.
• Execute test cases, report defects, and define severity and priority for each issue.
• Analyze requirements and user feedback to design testing scenarios and parameters.
• Develop step-by-step testing processes, manual documentation, and internal user guides.
• Collaborate with end users to support the development of automated testing processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar testing roles.
• 2 years of experience documenting user requirements and preparing documentation of testing results.
• 2 years of experience conducting comprehensive software testing and executing test cases.
• 2 years of experience making recommendations for system improvements.
• 1 year of experience developing automated testing processes.
• 1 year of experience creating internal user guides for help platforms.
• 4 years of proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting software implementation in social services or government contexts.
