Description

You will execute end-to-end system testing to validate business requirements and strategy implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test scenarios, test cases, and API test cases to verify PowerCurve logic, rules, scorecards, and data flows.
• Execute functional, system, and regression testing to validate strategy changes and enhancements.
• Run performance and volume tests using multiple data conditions to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve defects and provide actionable insights from test results.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a System Testing role.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with API testing and automation using industry-standard tools.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience conducting performance and volume testing.
• Ability to compare business requirement documents against actual strategy implementation.
• Knowledge of credit card decisioning, consumer lending, or banking domains.
• Experience documenting defects, test evidence, and sign-off reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing PowerCurve logic and data flows.
