Description

You will design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for embedded automotive systems, ensuring rigorous system and integration testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design automation concepts and build framework-based solutions aligned with test strategies.
• Define, execute, and maintain system and system-integration test cases for embedded automotive requirements.
• Develop, update, and execute automation scripts; analyze test outcomes and report defects.
• Prepare test plans, submit test reports, and document results in compliance with Automotive SPICE traceability.
• Set up and maintain traceability for system test requirements and analyze results for issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system testing and automation for embedded automotive systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python-based test automation, specifically using Pytest.
• Experience with embedded software testing and system validation (black-box/grey-box).
• Knowledge of system-level verification including functional, non-functional, safety, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN/LIN) and CAPL scripting.
• Experience with CAN tools such as Vector Canoe or Canalyser.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Robot Framework for test automation.
• Direct experience with automotive embedded system testing and feature validation.
