Description

Own system and SSD validation cycles, from environment setup and test execution to root-cause analysis and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer-specific validation cycles, including regressions and qualification runs.
• Set up validation environments, analyze test results, and drive root-cause resolution for system-level and drive-level issues.
• Debug firmware and hardware domains to reproduce and resolve customer-reported problems.
• Develop and enhance validation test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall test strategy.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in customer, product, or system validation roles.
• Hands-on experience executing system-level validation in complex hardware/software environments.
• Strong debugging skills across system, firmware, and hardware domains.
• Proficiency with scripting/programming in Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
• Understanding of validation methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting OEM, hyperscale, or cloud customer qualification programs.
• Prior ownership of validation execution for customer-facing platforms.
