System/Business Analyst

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring accurate translation of user needs into actionable development specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and requirement gathering through interviews and focus groups.
• Analyze "As Is" and "To Be" processes to document gaps and improve business workflows.
• Collaborate with product development teams to design software systems and create initial wireframes.
• Maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans within Microsoft Azure, Excel, and Word.
• Execute regression, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to validate sprint functionality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• 1+ years of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
• Experience conducting JAD sessions and requirement gathering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and reusable scripts.
• Experience documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in Sprint ceremonies.
• Experience with SAP BO.
