Description

You will manage and maintain core infrastructure systems, including customer platforms, VMware environments, and network storage.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer infrastructure platforms and troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
• Maintain VMware (vSphere, Horizon, NSX, vSAN), Azure, and storage systems.
• Document and resolve incidents in ServiceNow and provide on-call support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere, Horizon, PowerCLI, NSX, and vSAN.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, DNS, and GPO.
• Experience with Cisco UCS/Nexus networking hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange and familiarity with *nix OS environments.
• Knowledge of software-defined storage and networks.
• Experience with backup and replication technologies.
