Description

You will manage AWS server infrastructure and provide technical support for end-user hardware, software, and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support AWS servers to ensure performance and security.
• Deploy and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, KMS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Develop automation scripts for AWS management using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Resolve IT helpdesk requests and troubleshoot user hardware and software issues.
• Monitor server environments and implement security policy compliance.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT technical support.
• Hands-on experience managing servers within an AWS environment.
• Proficiency with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, KMS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing IT helpdesk functions and user support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Atlanta, GA, with full-time office attendance required for the first three months.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator.
• Experience with network configuration, security, and ITIL practices.
