What's the Job?

• Support daily operations and maintenance of the Multi Business Engineering (MBE) product labs in Santa Clara.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software used by research teams.
• Document hardware setups, best practices, and manage lab inventory effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware components, network issues, and power distribution units (PDUs).
• Collaborate with remote teams to resolve lab-related technical challenges efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Deep understanding of data center management and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Experience with asset management tools like GLPI and hardware testing procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
