Description

Support daily operations and maintenance of the Multi Business Engineering (MBE) product labs in Santa Clara.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software used by research teams.
• Document hardware setups, best practices, and manage lab inventory effectively.
• Troubleshoot hardware components, network issues, and power distribution units (PDUs).
• Collaborate with remote teams to resolve lab-related technical challenges efficiently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center management and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Experience with asset management tools like GLPI.
• Familiarity with hardware testing procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
