Description

You will manage core IT operations and system stability for the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware and software asset lifecycles.
• Execute patch management and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Handle Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management processes.
• Coordinate performance and capacity reviews with business stakeholders.
• Manage Transition to Operations (TTO) activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• Proven experience with Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management (ITIL preferred).
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software asset management.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar issue/risk tracking tools.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Experience in Systems Analysis.
• Familiarity with Systems Administration principles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
