Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations and evolution of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow platform operations, including user access, instance health, and license management.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB) and custom applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline processes.
• Ensure platform configurations adhere to regulatory standards like FedRAMP, NIST, and ITAR.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and MID servers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or platform management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and Source to Pay.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with compliance standards: FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, and ITAR.
• Experience with API-based integrations and MID server usage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
