Description

Manage Mac systems administration, backend configuration, and endpoint security operations in Atlanta, GA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support workstation and security applications including Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, and Apple ABM.
• Build and test packages for automated deployment, self-service, and pilot versions of new infrastructure services.
• Manage security frameworks for desktop services, including Zscaler and antivirus, while balancing security with usability.
• Provide senior technical troubleshooting and incident resolution for endpoint services platforms.
• Document solutions for Global Help Desk support and create endpoint reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints.
• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Advanced scripting knowledge in Bash and Python.
• Experience managing and responding to security incidents.
• Proficiency with MDM, infrastructure services, and endpoint security tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on criticality.
• Experience reviewing and updating ServiceNow tickets.
