Description

You will provide on-site technical support for the Denison, TX manufacturing facility, managing infrastructure and resolving complex system issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical problems related to facility systems, desktops, and infrastructure.
• Manage complex infrastructure projects and conduct integrated testing of new components.
• Coordinate with vendors to integrate, troubleshoot, upgrade, and patch purchased solutions.
• Design and implement process improvements to aid in system development and support.
• Act as the liaison between the manufacturing facility and internal IT organizations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Manufacturing, or 2 years of IT factory-facing experience.
• 1-2 years of experience working specifically in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, including account creation, password resets, and group management.
• Foundational understanding of networking, including factory firewall topologies and architectures.
• Ability to install and configure Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
• Capacity to work in a manufacturing environment requiring active movement, climbing stairs, and lifting equipment.
• Availability for off-shift support, call rotations, and urgent production line outage resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manufacturing applications such as SAP, PINpoint, or Lincoln Checkpoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Knowledge of VB Scripting, Python, or Cisco network hardware.
