Description

Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, and systems software under the supervision of the IT lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer computer networks, hardware, systems software, and all configurations.
• Execute data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, replacing defective components as required.
• Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Configure and monitor email applications and virus protection software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Network Access, Administration, and Application Server software.
• Proficiency in Authentication, Backup/Archival, and File Versioning software.
• Knowledge of Internet Directory Services and IP Multimedia Subsystem software.
• Experience with Network Security, VPN equipment, and Network Operating System enhancements.
• Ability to run SQL queries.
• Experience using Zendesk.

Preferred Skills

• Technical troubleshooting and support skills.
• Willingness to travel to various client sites across the USA.
