Description

Manage hardware, software, and end-user support in onsite and remote environments. Own the full lifecycle of user devices and account provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair hardware and software components.
• Resolve Tier 1 support tickets within established SLA guidelines.
• Deploy new workstations and manage account setups for new hires.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and assist with AV setups for meetings.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for staff.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience using a ticketing system.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Platform.
• Administration experience with Azure Active Directory and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Cisco Meraki.
• A+ and Net+ Certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Associate Degree with two years of tech support experience, or three years of tech support experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience working for a Helpdesk or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• 3 years of experience providing support via remote tools.
• Professional IT Certifications.
