Description

You will manage AWS infrastructure and provide technical support for end-user hardware, software, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support AWS servers to ensure performance and security.
• Deploy and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, KMS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Resolve IT helpdesk requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
• Monitor server environments and implement system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT technical support.
• Hands-on experience managing servers within an AWS environment.
• Proficiency with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, KMS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with AWS Support services.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience managing IT helpdesk functions and user support.
• Any Graduate degree.
