Description

You will manage and secure Microsoft workloads and identity governance in a highly regulated environment. You will own the release and compliance pipeline for secure IAM practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage user lifecycles, entitlements, and access certification using the Entra ID governance platform.
• Implement and manage secure IAM practices, including MFA, RBAC, and privileged identity management.
• Resolve complex IT issues and coordinate with vendors on escalated technical problems.
• Maintain compliance documentation and prepare for audits across cross-functional teams.
• Document technical processes and troubleshooting steps within the knowledgebase.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator supporting secure Microsoft workloads.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 workloads including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Defender.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Gov Cloud standards: DFARS 7012, NIST-800-171, and CMMC 2.0.
• Expertise in Azure AD, Conditional Access controls, and Entra ID governance.
• Proven experience with change management and modern IT processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using a scientific method to resolve technical errors.
• Experience working with cross-geographic teams and global support structures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Any Graduate degree.
