Description

You will manage and troubleshoot complex technical system issues within cloud and on-premise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision and operate infrastructure across OCI, AWS, and Azure cloud environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot large Java, Python, and Ruby applications.
• Maintain automation and management systems using Puppet and Ansible.
• Monitor system health using Nagios, Prometheus, and PCP.
• Drive continuous process improvement across production operations.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a relevant systems role.
• Extensive experience with Linux administration, specifically RedHat Enterprise Linux.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Puppet and Ansible for automation.
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi or Linux-based virtualization.
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, Linux firewalls, routers, and IPSec VPNs.
• Familiarity with ITIL and CMMI production operations processes.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills in Python or Shell.
