Description

You will manage and support the organization's network, server, and desktop infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server and desktop technologies, including OS and application updates.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues across the infrastructure.
• Implement security measures and maintain documentation for all systems and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and collaborate on technology integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
