Description

You own the administration and maintenance of the organization's core IT systems and endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android, deploying policies and configuration profiles.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and collaborate on Microsoft Purview and Sentinel.
• Provide in-person helpdesk support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, resolving issues logged in Jira.
• Manage device lifecycle, including setup, Intune enrollment, and secure decommissioning.
• Maintain detailed documentation for IT processes and communicate technical status to non-technical staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Azure AD, and Office 365.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2019+, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with virtualization platforms, specifically VMware.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong skills in documentation and organizational tasks.
