Description

You administer and maintain the organization's core IT systems, endpoints, and security infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android, deploying policies and configuration profiles.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, collaborating on Microsoft Purview and Sentinel initiatives.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including Autopilot setup, Intune enrollment, and secure decommissioning.
• Provide in-person helpdesk support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, resolving issues logged in Jira.
• Maintain detailed documentation for IT processes and communicate technical status to non-technical staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Azure AD, and Office 365.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2019+, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with virtualization platforms, specifically VMware.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong skills in documentation and organizational tasks.
