Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including Microsoft and MAC operating systems, Office 365 services, and network components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft and MAC Operating Systems environments.
• Manage Office 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, components, and peripherals.
• Provide on-call emergency IT support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a systems administration role.
• Proficiency with Office 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive).
• Knowledge of Microsoft and MAC Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with Jira service desk.
• Knowledge of Mac, Azure Ad, and Intune.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks.
• Experience with Cisco/Mitel IP Telephony or VMware workstation.
