Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise-scale hybrid identity and directory services in Frankfort, KY.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement best practices for Active Directory and Entra ID technologies.
• Maintain and support multi-forest/multi-domain Active Directory infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentation, processes, and procedures for branch services.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams regarding Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Required Skills

• 5+ years designing and maintaining multi-forest/multi-domain Active Directory, including DNS, Client, GPO, and Sites and Services.
• 3+ years in enterprise identity management for large-scale hybrid infrastructures (10,000+ users).
• 3+ years designing and implementing Microsoft hybrid identity solutions including Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and ADFS.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and processes.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, Entra ID Connect, Single Sign-on, Galsync, and Microsoft Identity Manager.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and maintaining Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience federating services and applications using SAML, OIDC, or OAuth.
• Microsoft certifications: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Azure Administrator Associate.
