Description

Manage enterprise-level monitoring, maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise environments using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace.
• Maintain and mature the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database.
• Troubleshoot complex application and environmental issues across datacenter components.
• Provide timely technical updates on active issues, projects, and troubleshooting progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager.
• Enterprise-level monitoring experience using Dynatrace.
• At least 3 years of configuration experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, and Virtualization.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience.
