Description

Provide technical support and systems administration for Call Center operations in Golden, CO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Image and prepare desktop equipment for end users during annual hardware refreshes.
• Manage and resolve technical issues using an IT ticketing system.
• Maintain asset management records for all hardware and software.
• Work independently to complete tasks while following established directions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage desktop imaging and hardware preparation.
• Experience using an IT ticket system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for local travel.
• Associate degree in a related area, or equivalent accredited college training (15 semester hours), or completion of an IT Certification program.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow.
