Description

You will manage and support complex IT infrastructure, applications, and servers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conversion process from Dollar Universe to BMC Control M.
• Perform installation, testing, maintenance, and operations for servers and software.
• Monitor systems and manage software licensing and updates.
• Coordinate disaster recovery efforts, including data backup, restoration, and high availability planning.
• Configure and monitor security access control systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of corporate IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dollar Universe implementation and administration.
• Hands-on experience with BMC Control M implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of general networking and server administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Bachelor's degree.
