Manage UNIX servers and database environments to ensure high performance and uninterrupted website operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and monitor UNIX servers and database systems.
• Support the distributed processing of large datasets.
• Plan and coordinate network and data communication between hardware and software.
• Maintain system performance to prevent service interruptions.

Required Skills

• Administration of UNIX systems.
• Experience managing database servers.
• Understanding of hardware and software communication for distributed processing.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 6 months of relevant experience.
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 5 years of progressive work experience.
• Ability to travel and relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.
