Description

You will maintain the stability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure and applications across on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across global environments.
• Provision, configure, and maintain systems within AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Develop automation scripts using Python or Shell to reduce manual tasks and improve reliability.
• Design and optimize configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Participate in a global 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response activities.

Required Skills

• 3 to 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in system operations and cloud provisioning.
• Strong administration experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux or Oracle Enterprise Linux.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience managing applications built in Java, Python, and Ruby.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Competency with Ansible, Puppet, and Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, Linux-based firewalls, VPNs, and routing.
• Experience with Git-based version control and infrastructure-as-code.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle Database, RDBMS, and SQL queries.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
