Description

You will own day-to-day operations and technical maintenance of infrastructure supporting the Cybersecurity Operations Center.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain IT and cybersecurity tools, applications, and appliances.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and perform patching and upgrades across Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage TLS certificates and server configurations including KEX, MACS, and CIPHERs.
• Troubleshoot OS-level issues and respond to enterprise hardening and audit requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a large enterprise environment.
• 3+ years in a System Administrator or similar role.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu, or Cisco derivatives) and Windows Server OS.
• Experience with automation using Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with Kanban workflows and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of infrastructure management processes including change, problem, and configuration management.
• Experience integrating or using SIEM technology.
• Ability to perform on-call and after-hours support.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PCI-DSS or NCUA security hardening standards.
• Experience with Java and Tomcat.
