Description

You will manage and maintain Microsoft-centric infrastructure and client systems, handling deployment, troubleshooting, and identity support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage client systems using SCCM and Intune.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft products including WSUS, Group Policy, Windows OS, and Windows Servicing.
• Support Microsoft 365 operations, specifically E-mail, E-Discovery, and Content Search.
• Manage identity issues and provide technical support for escalated incidents.
• Assist with the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 solutions and portal configuration management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 products.
• Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for system deployment.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting F5 and VxRail.
• Technical knowledge of VMware and Veeam.
• Ability to work with PowerShell, Linux, and SCCM.
• Experience with Windows OS and Group Policy management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with portal configuration management for Microsoft 365.
