Description

Design, deliver, and support Microsoft solutions within a multi-tenant M365 platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage M365 identity, security, and compliance, focusing on Exchange, MFA, and ADFS.
• Build, deploy, and implement client solutions using SCCM and Intune.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft products including WSUS, Group Policy, Windows OS, and Windows Servicing at an enterprise scale.
• Resolve escalated helpdesk incidents related to system and identity issues.
• Migrate content from servers, OneDrive, and SharePoint to the Microsoft 365 environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration across multiple environments.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange, SharePoint, MFA, and ADFS.
• Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for client system management and deployment.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and VIS.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 tools such as E-Discovery and Content Search.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing configuration and policies for authorized Microsoft portals and services.
