Description

You will manage and support large server clusters across on-premises data centers and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure using Grafana, Zabbix, and native cloud tools to ensure uptime.
• Configure cloud services including Compute Instances, Block Volumes, Object Storage, VCNs, and Load Balancers.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and cloud CLI.
• Automate routine tasks and operational processes using scripting languages.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow ITSM while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration supporting web or hosting environments.
• Linux/Unix fundamentals, including file system troubleshooting and OS default services.
• Proficiency with Shell/Bash, sed, awk, grep, and text editors like VI/VIM.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals: lsof, strace, ps/top/atop, grub, and run levels.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including DNS, HTTP, TCP, and UDP.
• Experience with storage solutions such as RAID, DAS, SAN, and NAS.
• Ability to manage web servers like Apache, Nginx, BIND, Exim, and Dovecot.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure cloud services and IAM policies.
• Familiarity with MySQL database servers.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Infrastructure certifications (OCI, AWS, or Azure).
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent.
