Description

Manage and support hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure using Grafana, Zabbix, and native cloud tools to ensure uptime.
• Configure and manage cloud services including compute instances, block volumes, object storage, VCNs, and load balancers.
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform scripts for scalable deployments.
• Automate routine operational tasks and system processes using scripting languages.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow ITSM.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in system administration supporting large server clusters.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix fundamentals, including file system troubleshooting and OS-level tools (sed, awk, grep, lsof, strace, top, sar).
• Experience with networking protocols including DNS, HTTP, TCP, and UDP.
• Knowledge of storage solutions including RAID, DAS, SAN, and NAS.
• Experience managing web servers such as Apache, Nginx, BIND, Exim, and Dovecot.
• Ability to use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and cloud CLI for automation.
• Competency in scripting with Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with firewall tools like iptables and CSF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Go, PHP, or Ruby.
