You will manage and configure the Brightspace learning management system within a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Brightspace technical settings to meet institutional user needs.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for LMS troubleshooting.
• Provide functional and technical expertise regarding the Brightspace platform.
• Support LMS operations based on experience with Brightspace transitions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in higher education administration.
• Deep technical expertise in Brightspace configuration and maintenance.
• Proven experience managing LMS transitions to Brightspace.
• Advanced LMS troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing technical settings for large-scale institutional end users.
• Ability to handle technical escalations for learning management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
