Description

You will manage Managed File Transfer (MFT) operations, ensuring secure and automated file transfer processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure file transfer workflows and automation solutions.
• Install, troubleshoot, and resolve root cause issues for file transfer services.
• Automate inbound and outbound transfers using scripting languages to ensure scheduled delivery.
• Provide end-user support and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Perl for automation.
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems.
• Ability to support EST business hours and 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any Gradute education level or equivalent practical experience.
