Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows and Linux servers in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Support AWS/Azure hybrid infrastructure, VMs, storage, identity, and cloud connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN, routing, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and switching.
• Support database replication and migration from on-prem to cloud.
• Perform patching, deployments, backups, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage F5 BigIP load balancers – VIPs, pools, SSL, and health checks.
• Support Palo Alto firewalls – security policies and NAT.
• Use PowerShell/Bash scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Manage VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation.
• Troubleshoot incidents and work with network, security, application, and vendor teams.
• Maintain system documentation and support infrastructure upgrades/automation.

• Monitoring tools such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, Security Onion, WhatsUp Gold
• High-availability and redundant infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
