Description

Own the technical expertise and escalation point for all Active Directory incidents and requests.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage complex AD environments, including forests, domains, trusts, and replication.
• Maintain and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs), covering creation, auditing, and lifecycle management.
• Design, manage, and troubleshoot AD Sites and Services, implementing topology, subnet mapping, and replication schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve replication issues, authentication failures, and DNS-related problems across multi-site environments.
• Lead AD upgrades, migrations, consolidation projects, and disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Expertise in AD DS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPO management.
• Proficiency with Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, and core authentication mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for AD tasks.
• Experience integrating AD with enterprise tools like Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, Okta, and Duo.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and incident escalation.
• Experience in AD disaster recovery, DNS failover, and high availability setups.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with hybrid identity solutions and federation concepts.
