Description

You will manage local infrastructure, provide end-user support, and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct end-user and PC support to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage server administration tasks, including regular patching and system backups.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (O365) and Azure cloud environments.
• Perform network administration and general system troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Hands-on experience managing Azure environments.
• Strong proficiency in patch management and server backups.
• Solid background in PC support and end-user troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Relevant infrastructure or systems certifications.
