Description

You will manage and support the SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I) module, handling incident resolution, day-to-day administration, and business process improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident resolution and troubleshoot issues for the SAP Ariba B&I module.
• Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of Ariba B&I.
• Develop and recommend business process improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to pull, analyze, and build procurement reports.
• Assist with Ghost P-Card reconciliation and support Procurement Operations modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, business analysis, or strategic analysis.
• Proven experience with SAP Ariba or a comparable procurement system.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Functional project management experience for procurement software releases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing business process improvements based on stakeholder input.
