Description

You will serve as the service owner for JAMF, Microsoft 365, and Citrix XenMobile environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and control Apple Mac devices through JAMF testing, implementation, and management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 enterprise deployments, including version upgrades, feature monitoring, and Office group policy maintenance.
• Build and maintain Citrix XenMobile environments and manage over 1,000 connected devices.
• Perform application packaging, group policy testing, and provide level 3 technical support.
• Act as a subject matter expert and consultation resource for support technicians.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• JAMF device management and security deployment experience.
• Citrix XenMobile administration experience.
• Microsoft 365 enterprise-level deployment and upgrade experience.
• Active Directory group policy management.
• Application packaging expertise.
• Level 3 technical support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
