Description

You will manage enterprise operations across Linux and Windows platforms, ensuring system stability and secure file transfers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop managed file transfer jobs using secure protocols and Linux file permissions.
• Manage production scheduling and batch execution using BMS Control-M.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to outages for Linux/Windows servers and network issues.
• Research failures, resolve issues, and implement preventative measures for service desk support.
• Design, test, and maintain file communication processes with internal and external partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and file/folder permission management.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, and Low-Code application platforms.
• Experience with SecOps and ITIL framework practices.
• Ability to develop and maintain automated solutions based on user requirements.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting file transfer processes.
