Description

You will provide Level 3 escalated support for help desk, infrastructure, and application development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group Policy, server security permissions, and SQL Server group administration.
• Execute cloud and on-site server maintenance, including patching for Windows, Linux, and applications.
• Maintain Azure and AWS cloud portals and perform HyperV deployments.
• Administer networking services including DHCP, DNS, and Public IP address management.
• Monitor system health using Dynatrace, Logicmonitor, and vendor tools, and assist with site-to-site connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Linux OS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience managing SQL Server security and administration.
• Strong knowledge of DHCP and DNS administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues remotely or on-site.
• Experience with HyperV deployments.
• Competency using Dynatrace and Logicmonitor.
• Ability to assess hardware health during site visits.
