Description

You will manage IT device operations, provide technical support, and maintain basic infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage PC and Mac operations and IT device lifecycle.
• Provide level one customer service and technical troubleshooting.
• Handle networking tasks and basic IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to users in writing and verbally.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office M365.
• Hands-on experience with networking and IT device management.
• Competency in both PC and Mac operating systems.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong customer service and hospitality-focused communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Familiarity with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
